i have to be truthful to myself before i become open to those around me. i heard the truth shall set you free but also that ignorance is bliss so which is which? all that goes on in the dark will come out in the light, but the truth makes everything else feel like a lie. the truth is a machete, chopping every ounce of trust. love is the true, lies are lust. its seductive to cover up what really is. but heart break comes from honesty, i can't be responsible for that!
